端午の節句を祝う兜をモチーフにした重厚な切子グラス。
作者が自身の子供の誕生をきっかけに、「わが子の成長を永く記憶に残す記念のグラスを作りたい」という想いから生まれました。
正面に広がるV字の構成は、威風堂々とした兜の吹返し（ふきかえし)を思わせます。背景には、成長が早くまっすぐに伸びることから、子供の成長を願う意味が込められた麻の葉をあしらいました。
ご希望により、グラスの側面や底面にお子様のお名前や誕生日を刻印することも可能です。

Kabuto Kiriko
A dignified cut glass inspired by a kabuto (samurai helmet), celebrating Tango no Sekku (Boys’ Day).
This piece was born from the artist’s desire, inspired by the birth of their own child, to create a commemorative glass that preserves the memory of their child’s growth for years to come.
The V-shaped design spreading across the front evokes the imposing fukikaeshi (wing-like flaps) of a kabuto helmet. In the background, an asanoha (hemp leaf) pattern—symbolizing rapid and straight growth, a wish for the child’s healthy development—is beautifully incorporated.
Upon request, your child’s name and birthdate can be engraved on the side or bottom of the glass.
